Does Hollywood Beds offer a delivery service?
In-Store Orders
Yes, we have our own delivery service covering a 60 mile radius. For deliveries further afield, direct home deliveries are available on many of our products. Please call the store for qualifying details and pricing.
Is there a delivery charge?
In-Store Orders
Delivery is free
within a 4 mile radius and subject to a minimum order value of £150. For deliveries outside this area a £20 charge applies rising incrementally subject to distance. Any additional charges will be clearly explained prior to ordering.
When do you deliver?
In-Store
A choice of delivery days will be offered at time of ordering. We always aim to deliver your bed at a convenient time to suit.

Who do I call if there's something wrong on delivery?
If something has gone wrong on delivery we'd like the opportunity to correct it. Please call the store on 01564 898118
to discuss the issue.
What happens if the bed doesn't go up my stairs?
Where beds are requested to be taken upstairs, we stress it is the customers responsibility to make sure access is unrestricted. Where beds are returned due to restricted access a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Collections
Can I collect my bed?
Yes, beds can be collected direct from the store. We will contact you when your bed is ready for collection.
